My Drug Trial was co-founded by two teenagers with a simple goal in mind. After witnessing the wonder of life-saving medicines, we have developed a special admiration for the thousands of volunteer research subjects who gave their body and spirit for the advancement of medical research. For us, these research subjects are unsung heroes that made progression of scientific discovery to vital medicines and devices possible. As a result, we created My Drug Trial, a website dedicated for members who share our spirit of helping advance science with the goal of finding the next cure. We wish to create a community for clinical trial participants through networking and finding mutual support for their noble efforts.

If you are a patient, we encourage that you come share your suffering and hope, telling us how your participation in clinical trials might have impacted a particular disease. Although there are setbacks in this fight against diseases, there is always hope. Let's hear about these stories so we can celebrate together and get moral support from each other. If you are a healthy volunteer, we'd love to hear your motivation and aspiration. Most importantly, however, we'd love to know who you are and give you a chance to share your thoughts on altruism for the betterment of humanity.

Since My Drug Trial is about advances in medical research, we also want to contribute to the success of clinical trials to yield better medicines, devices, vaccines, and other novel treatment interventions. For this purpose, we have developed relevant services to promote successful, user-friendly trial participation, both for clinical trial sponsors and trial participants. Together we will work towards the triumph of health over suffering.

As co-founders of My Drug Trial, we have realized our mutual dream of putting to good use our respective passions. We both love technology, we love the arts, and, most importantly, we empathize with all those who suffer. My Drug Trial is the result of the convergence of our passions, initially a hobby, eventually turned into a useful, business endeavor. Development of the website was productive and entertaining, ranging from devising our own logo, creating our own artwork, and using our own technological platforms to form a unique brand. Although we are beginning entrepreneurs, we have benefited from business and medical advice from experienced professionals. Since this is a business, we are also aware of the potential danger of the worldwide web and misuse of health information. Therefore, we invite all our members to practice safe e-networking and follow our Terms of Use and all current health care regulations.

My Drug Trial is privately funded and we are not affiliated with the pharmaceutical industry or the government. We derive our revenues by charging certain services offered to clinical trial sponsors. These sources of revenue not only allow My Drug Trial to prosper, but also spare our users of uncontrolled advertising. This helps our users surf and explore their topics of interest without unnecessary advertisement-related distractions.

My Drug Trial is an online community that lets you create your profile and share your experience with clinical trials.

In creating a profile on My Drug Trial, you can share your biography, your experience with clinical trials, and your hopes. Since My Drug Trial is online, it is especially useful for members around the world to share similar interests in the area of medical research and clinical trials.

  • Patients who suffer from a common disease and who are seeking mutual support
  • Healthy volunteers who want to post their experience in clinical trials and dream for a more fulfilling and meaningful life

My Drug Trial is more than simple social networking about personal experience in clinical trials, however. We want to provide a conduit to advance scientific research, as well as promote successful clinical trials by facilitating communication between research subjects and clinical trial sponsors. We want to be a part of finding relief and the next cure. We expect our members to form circles of friends who share the same interest in advancing medical research. My Drug Trial hopes that an online community will flourish to make a healthier world.
